INTRODUCTION

Reju set out to raise awareness of textile waste and its global impact during New York Climate Week. Working with Exposure USA, we delivered the campaign’s central interactive mechanic  a mobile AR filter that visualised the amount of textile waste generated globally in one, thirty, or one hundred and twenty minutes, scaled against New York landmarks such as the Empire State and Flatiron Buildings.

The brief

Bring an abstract sustainability issue to life for policymakers, creators, and the public during a noisy week of events  without relying on traditional media or physical builds.

Our Approach

Everything Ahead engineered the AR filter and microsite experience, optimised for mobile discovery via QR codes from digital OOH, paid media, and influencer content. The experience allowed users to explore waste data in 3D space, view it overlaid onto their environment, and share the activation socially.
